Our standard turnaround is 7-10 working days once you have approved your mockup and paid the invoice. Need it sooner? Our fast-track service frames your shirt in 2-3 working days for an additional £40, then it is delivered as usual.

Most customers post their shirt with Royal Mail's 24-hour tracked service. London customers can use our weekly van collection, and if you’re local you can drop into our Norwich or Cambridge centre. Full details are on our Sending Your Shirt page.

One of our designers lays your shirt out, photographs it and sends you design options for the mount and frame, working to any ideas you already have. Nothing is built until you have approved the design. We then frame your shirt by hand and send it home.

You see and approve your design before we build anything, so there are no surprises. If you would like extra reassurance, we can send photographs at each stage of the framing process. If you decide not to go ahead, we post your shirt back and you just pay the return postage.

We take no payment up front. Once you approve your design, we send an invoice, and we start making your frame as soon as it is paid. We accept card, bank transfer and PayPal, and you can spread the cost with PayPal Pay in 3 - interest-free. Prices exclude delivery.

In all our years of framing, we have never had a shirt go missing. That is why we recommend Royal Mail's 24-hour tracked service or Special Delivery: your parcel is tracked from the moment you post it, and we confirm by email as soon as it arrives safely with us.

UK delivery is £15. Your frame is professionally packed and sent by tracked courier, and you will receive the tracking number by email as soon as it is on its way. You are also welcome to collect from our Norwich or Cambridge centre.

Courier deliveries are tracked and arrive the next working day after dispatch. Our London van delivers on our next scheduled London run, and if you are collecting from our Norwich or Cambridge centre, we will let you know as soon as your frame is ready.

Yes. We have framed for collectors and companies across Europe and as far as Dubai. Overseas delivery is quoted individually once your frame is ready, using a specialist shipping agent.

Never. Everything we do is 100% reversible - no staples, tapes or adhesives. Your shirt can always be removed with no visible sign it was ever framed.

Every frame we post is glazed with acrylic: high-quality 2mm acrylic as standard, or upgrade to 3mm UV-protective acrylic or 3mm Lifetime acrylic, which is shatterproof and anti-reflective too. If you collect in person or use our London van, you can also choose glass, including anti-reflective, UV-protective and museum-grade options. See the full range on our Prices & Packages page.

In most cases, yes. If your shirt is signed on the front but you still want to see the name and number, we display the front as normal and cut a viewing panel into the back of the frame, finished with clear acrylic. This is one of our Platinum extras, from £25.

Yes. It can be displayed alongside your shirt, though we usually recommend keeping it in a protective sleeve on the back of the frame, so the shirt stays the focus and the certificate stays safe.

It depends on the shirt and the package you choose. If you have a particular space in mind, tell us the measurements and we will design to fit without compromising the look of your shirt.

Not at all. Rugby shirts, marathon vests, cricket whites, boxing gloves, medals, boots - if it matters to you, we’ll frame it.

Yes. Our Platinum service is built for multi-item displays - a shirt and gloves, a vest and medal, a shirt and matchday programme, and more.
